  Pizza quality and customer service were not good at all. I usually don't have any problems with this location, but today...One pizza was dry and overcooked, and didn't have the extra cheese that I ordered. Or maybe it was just so overcooked that I couldn't tell. The other pizza was supposed to have pepperoni and steak. Well, it had pepperoni, but the steak was sprinkled sparingly in like 3 spots on the entire pizza. On top of that; there was only one couple in the store, but I had to wait to be acknowledged (which wasn't a hello, but did you order already?) I wasn't thanked in the end for choosing to spend my money there. What happened to making sure you have a good product and providing excellent service?????

  Horrible experience!!! I ordered my food and was called 30 mins later by the driver that said he couldn't find my house. So i told him i would open the door for him, when i did he wasn't there i even walked outside and stood there for a few minutes. I went back in the house and called him and he didnt answer, so i called the store and the girl who i spoke with said she had no way of contacting him so i told her i would try again. Now after a few minutes i called back and asked her if she was sure she couldn't get in touch with him and she said that she couldnt and he was probably on his way back to the store and they are now closing...i asked her what about my order and she mumbled something under her breath!! I have never wanted to jump through the phone so bad in my life!! Im so sick of companies putting these no customer service having individuals in positions that they need better training for. Hell i can follow a gps and i can answer a phone and have a better answer than "we closing" i wish it was an option to give half a star but since its not i guess you lucked out with one. I need to have this situation handled promptly and in a timely matter.

  My food took one hour and 30mins to get delivered and I live off holloway st. The reps always put you on hold or don't answer the phone. The pasta was dry and cold !!! Worst
