  Associate at register should not be the face of the company. They appeared to be unable to speak but soon found, that they just chose not to speak. The hostess was good for a smirks. I would have ordered more than the sandwich I purchased...which was fine, because the only person in the back seemed to know what they are doing...but the 2 orders in front of me seemed to be having trouble getting their order correct. I have been going to THAT arbys for 15 years. I don't know what has changed but If the management doesn't take heed to the lack of customer care....it will look much like the vacant BK across the street. Which I stopped going to 6 years ago. I suggest you keep the loyal customer and dump the hostess that would be a better fit for something other than customer service. I'll give you another try...but my next review will be less forgiving.
