  I took my family here for dinner and we enjoyed it very much. Our server was professional and provided great recommendations. The restaurant was decorated with oil paintings from a local artist which we enjoyed during our time at Harvest 18.
  
  I had a terrific swordfish steak and unlike other similar dishes I had in the past, this one was soft and moist. The shrimp and pork belly pasta dish was also very good - full of tomato flavor and the pasta was cooked perfectly. Price-wise, the sandwiches are around $10 and the entrees are in the $18-25 region - perfectly reasonable for the quality of food you are eating. I would say Harvest 18 is one of the best sit-down restaurants in south Durham.

  Artisanal is a very classy place to celebrate a special occasion. We sat on the terrace overlooking a babbling brook this time around. There were outdoor heaters mounted high enough to not be uncomfortably warm. The service was superb. One of the waiters remembered our party from previous visits and recommended some excellent wine. The decor is an elegant barn/country theme. The wine cellar is a must see as well well.

  Harvest 18 has a rotating menu and the food is DELICIOUS! If you are really into the local farm to table movement, this would be a good brunch option for you! The server we had was very knowledgeable and super attentive. Unfortunately, you don't get a lot of food for the price. You can get more of a similar dish for less at another restaurant.

  Love, love, love! Delicious, local, seasonal and creative comfort food. Excellent service due to fabulous and friendly staff who anticipate your needs. A delightful place to go with or without kids. Seriously, I can't say enough about this place. It's truly wonderful.
