  The food is great! I love the pizza choices, salads are great. I just wish I could love everything. Customer service lacks here. I have eaten here 3 times. Friday night we came in early. It's was around 5:30. The BARTENDER was serving the bar as well as the tables near the bar. He was phenomenal. My drink never got half full, everyone around us were taken care of too. There wasn't an empty table and he was on it. He was fantastic. Today was a whole different story. All three times we have been we always stand forever to be seated. The worse part is employees are literally standing around the kitchen laughing and joking all while staring at you as if they are thinking that's not my job, I don't seat people. That drives me insane! Acknowledge your guest when they walk in. That sets the tone for the meal. Takes forever to order and get your check, etc... If you read reviews or talk to other people every single person says the same, food is great but service sucks. It's very obvious management doesn't care that service sucks because nothing changes. Not the employees not the attitudes, nothing. I would love to change this to 5 stars and hopefully I can.

  Before moving here, many of my NC friends told me to try Lilly's. I'm not sure if it's because my expectations were high or the food was not up to my standards, but I was a tad disappointed. Don't get me wrong, I would buy a pizza in an instant. They have fun flavors and rich pizzas for a good price. I enjoyed the Thai one myself, even though the corn was a bit overwhelming for the flavors.

  Okay...so I come in with a family so it's six of us. We order cheesy bread and two pizza's. I then order two additional beers......here's what happened. We sat for almost an hour, I had to inquire about the pizzas, the beers came after I asked twice, the pizzas came before the appetizers. One of the children at the table doesn't eat pizza.....so he got chicken tenders and fries......guess what.......the waitress comes from back well over an hour and let's us know that they are out of fries. The kid starts crying and his dad had to reassure him as he goes to the bathroom that he will make his son French fries. Really? Now we have to yell for refills. Come on......this is a joke. You know why it's a joke? BECAUSE IT IS EVEN PACKED! LET'S GO. GREAT FOOD.....HORRIBLE SERVICE.
