  Save yourself the irritation and go to the restaurant at NC 54 and Fayetteville. The customer service is awesome and the food is always fresh and hot.
  
  I just bought a filet sandwich from the Triangle Square restaurant and pitched it after one bite. Though I sat in the drive thru for about five minutes (one car in front of me), I was given an old sandwich. The filet was cold, the bun had been microwaved (it was warm, but hard and chewy) and the cheese was literally just thrown into the box like an afterthought. I wish I could post the photos I took to send to the customer service email address. I'm kicking myself for not checking the bag while I was in line. I should have known better than to trust a warm box.
  
  I used to stop by in the morning for coffee but they are so slow. When you go inside there are always employees milling around, seemingly doing nothing, and it takes forever to be served.
  
  There are a couple employees who are friendly and service oriented, but most are not.

  They need to be trained on customer service, the manager on duty was a real ass, everyone in line was unhappy with her. Never again.

  I usually hit the drivethru, its McD's, but its obviously old (and always smells like old fry oil) doesn't have the best employee moral. The food is as expected though

  The customer service is terrible and food is just warm... This is the worst Mc Donald's in Durham or maybe even North Carolina smh
