  Get takeout, don't deal with delivery. We have eaten here on and off for a year, and never had an issue, everything was consistent. We started really liking the pizza as a go-to takeout place.
  
  Then the snow came and we decided to order delivery. Pizza was bad, driver was late (almost an hour for arrival) and we asked for a refund. The manager on the phone did not own the issue, thought we had him mixed up with another nearby location, and was defensive. So we went in with the pizza the next day only to be told we could only return the pie the same day (pizza was ordered at 830pm, they close at 10pm).
  
  The guy behind the counter, Carlos, was full of excuses and refused to take care of us. We were loyal, happy customers. Not anymore.

  On Christmas Eve at 8:32 I order an eight inch steak and cheese and 10 barbecue wings. Because they were so busy I went and picked it up. I arrived back at my hotel to realize they gave me honey mustard wings which is the worst tasting exchange for barbecue. Now no one is answering the phone. I just wished I could have got what I paid for. I feel like I've been ripped off. Will never order there again.
