  Waited almost an hr and a half for food. The chicken on top of the al fredo was burnt, the garlic rolls were black, and they forgot my salad. Won't be eating there again for a while.

  Authentic New York style thus crust pizza. Huge slices. Great wings. In Durham, it's kind of a big thing.

  I usually go to the Randy's location on Miami Blvd but I was working on the other side of town. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I placed my order over the phone and was told 15 min and I arrived after twenty minutes and he was just putting my food in the oven. When he wrapped and handed me my food I wanted to make sure he made it right. He put banana peppers on my sandwich which I did not ask for. I told him it was wrong and the manager offered to pick them off. Being that I was lunch and I didn't have a lot of time. When I get back to work and pick off all of the peppers I took a bite and it was cold on the inside. I like Randy's pizza but this location is horrible.

  After posting the original comment I called the manager and explained the situation. He told me he was aware of my sandwich being made wrong and was willing to refund me my money. I told him that I wouldn't be able to come back until after work and he assured me that was fine because he would be working late into the evening. When I got off work I went back to the restaurant with the food and asked for the manager only to be told he wasn't there. I explain to the person behind the counter that I had already called and was promised a refund. He told me I had to wait until the manager came back to get my money. I waited five minutes and left because I have responsibilities at home and I can't spend my evening waiting for a manager to return from running errands. I didn't want to lose $10.00 but I'll take it a lesson. Not only does this location have horrible food but management doesn't put a value on customer service.
