  During my two visits, what I experienced is that they have ariety of dishes for buffet but quality of food needs to be improved. Tandoori chicken was so dry that despite having high tolerance, it was difficult for me to chew and swallow. Rice puffs used for BHEL were stale during all both visits, having papadum and refilling water varied on servers preference from table to table. Owner must walk around and must make sure that all guests are attended properly and equally.

  Just picked up food after a pretty good online ordering experience. The woman (older and Indian) -possibly owner/management rudely dropped the pen, my card, and receipt to sign. I also asked her for napkins and she gave me exactly ONE napkin. She was cold, very rude, and obviously racist. I stayed behind to make sure I wasn't being paranoid or jumping to conclusions. I watched her kindly take the older White gentlemen's card and kindly lay his card and receipt on the table for him to sign. I am African-American and I love indian cuisine....however, I will never buy anything else from Sitar. I will be driving all the way to Azitra in Brier Creek and get better tasting food and much better customer service. I will most certainly tell all of my friends and family to go elsewhere. Smh.

  Love Sitar!! Delicious food, staff is attentive, tasteful decor, clean bathrooms. Sometimes they have music in the evenings. The lunch buffet is my favorite because I get to taste everything.
