Terrible. Definitely not worth $12 per burger PLUS the cost of a side item like fries ( All the sides are separate ). Ridiculously overpriced. Burgers were so bland and were not big. I was expecting an amazing burger for the price and for being a BURGER restaurant. Wendy's has better burgers....I'm not kidding.
Drinks also were terrible. DONT GO HERE LOOKING FOR AN AMAZING BURGER

One of the ways you can tell a mall food joint is good is when people want to go there even when they don't want to go shopping. Zinburger is one of those restaurants. The burgers are excellent (not the best, but top decile), the chili is great (for the Triangle) and the service is polite and friendly. Their kids menu is also good (their kid chicken fingers are quite good and the mac & cheese is adult menu caliber). Befitting the good food and service, it can get really busy. I advised getting there near opening for an early lunch or an early dinner sitting if you're dropping in to minimize wait time.

Oh. my. goodness. So this was my first time here. I came in and was greeted by the friendly staff. My wife and I were seated on a particularly busy Sunday (about two weeks ago). Our waitress has a bubbly and energetic personality and we all had a great time. My wife enjoyed her veggie burger so much that she said, "this should be our date night spot". I figured I should have the Zinburger and it was such a great decision. For the taste of this burger, they really should be charging double (but don't please haha). The onions, the bread, cheese, and beef all complemented each other and created a sumptuous experience. Oh lord, I can almost taste it now. Looks like dinner is on the books again.

We went for lunch around 1:30. Atmosphere was pleasant. Restaurant is clean with friendly staff. Service was very good. Food was just OK. I felt I could get just as good a burger at McDonald's. French friendly fries were ok as well. All of your sides are sold separate. Overall bill is high for the quality of the meal. I would say save your self a few bucks and go to Five Guys. Then buy your self a good bottle of wine. I would have given Two Starr's but our service was outstanding.

The food is excellent and the service is always great. The menu items are pricey, but there are also some entrees that are less than $15. The Kobe style burger option really makes a difference and the quality of the non-Kobe grade beef is just as delicious.
