  worst customer service i ever had. never got my order. did not go to the right place, called to see about my order and got a bad attitude from the young lady on the phone. i spoke to Jeff, to cancel my order, i informed him of the bad customer service on top of not getting my food. Jeff did not seem to care. Worst experience ever.

  Ordered on website for carryout and then 10 minutes later someone called me to say my order cant be done with carryout anymore because they are closed with carryout. Although slightly annoyed I said okay and then allowed them to switch to delivery. 15 Minutes later my pizza is at my dorm. I take it inside ate two slices and then found a pepperoni on one of the slices. this is annoying and gross because I am a VEGETARIAN and ordered a simple cheese and Pineapple Pizza. wtf dominoes. SMH. I called the store to inform them of their mistake and Telvin answered and said he didn't put pepperoni on my pizza so there isn' t any. After me assuring him that there was indeed a pepperoni on it he put me on hold, and 5 minutes later told me a delivery driver will come and take my old pizza and ,make me a new one. I wasn't given the option to just get a refund and return it to the store. Now it's 25 mintues later and I'm still waiting on this new pizza. SMH Bad experience. If I tell you that I found Pepperoni on my pizza do not imply I'm a Liar. SMH I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.
