  Five Guys makes a great burger, but the staff at Durham is awesome. They goofed up a take out order which I didn't realize until I was home (and my son wouldn't eat what we got). When I called to tell them they were super apologetic. Offered me a replacement or refund next time I was in, with a bonus of free fries and drink. Great customer service. Thanks!!

  Always friendly service. There is a bit of a wait but that's always the case with five guys -- and it's always worth it. Five guys = five stars

  Nice little store. The staff was polite and the food was good. I'm from NC so it's what I prefer. The restaurant was clean as well. Likewise, there was an issue with overcooked fries, but the manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He refunded my entire order, and apologized. He told me the cook was new/in training.

  Five Guys has huge burgers, just about all the toppings you can stand and throw more fries at you than you can reasonably eat. Good 'Ten dollar burger' place.
