    I've placed my last order with this JJ's... apparently, the staff hasn't heard the Jimmy John's slogan (freaky fast)... I order delivery for convenience... like everyone else... I tip on top of delivery charges, just like everyone else...

    what I don't do is keep paying for poor service. & today's no-show delivery will be the last attempt I make to do so.

    If your slogan is freaky fast, you don't get half an hour *minimum* to travel

    Always fast and they have great customer service! Never have any issues. They do not have attitude problems like their fellow store on 9th street in Durham North Carolina.
