  This store has average prices, but what really hurts it is the poor customer service (if I wanted that I would shop at Walmart). Employees are not friendly or helpful; the bakery has even refused my 2-year old a cookie on numerous occasions... really. Recently, they refused to exhange a $10 bill for a roll of quarters, though I'd spent plenty of money in the store. Also, if you shop in the evening they usually have NO registers open, only self check-out, which is really a pain when you've got tons of produce. The one nice thing about them is they have "car" shopping carts for kids.

  I just want to thank yall for having Earth Balance cheese crackers!! Keep ordering them, and I will keep buying them. Thank yall for caring vegan cheese and all the other vegan products!!

  I haven't had many good experiences here. The customer service is poor and I find the selection of food to be lacking. On on occasion, I returned home and realized the cashier charged me twice for the same item. Since I didn't have proof that I didn't leave the store with two of the same item, I was unable to get a refund. I've also purchased items that were marked with a sale price, but rang up regular price. I have never had this happen as frequently as it has at this Kroger location. I've resigned to driving a bit further out to shop at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods because the customer service is much better, let alone the food quality.
