  It's just another Panera Bread, but this one manages to be subpar. The quality of the sandwiches was bad. They are consistently poorly made, and they are *always* out of everything. I have yet been able to order an Italian sandwich, they never have the ingredients.
  
  The staff is nice enough, but some are exceedingly loud and obnoxious while doing their work in the back area. It's so loud that you can hear full conversations 30 feet away in the dining area.
  
  Overall this is one of the worst Panera Breads I've ever been to. As a chain there is a certain standard of consistency across restaurants and this location falls well short.

  The food was great and what you would expect from Panera. Very friendly and excellent customer service. This was especially refreshing because my husband and I originally went to the nearby Applebee's (see my review), but left because their service and overall attitude was terrible. It's nice to know that some businesses still make an effort to show their customers that they really care.

  I've never been so disappointed by food service in my life. Lying at home with over a 102 fever and placed an order at 8:30 pm for delivery when delivery hours showed til 10 pm. Found out that this was a mistake and they only took orders until 7:30.
  
  The store said they were open until 10, so I asked a friend to pick up an order for me. I called it in at 9 and the friend arrived at 9:20 to be told they were closed and didn't receive the order. I called the store again, since I had paid already (remote call center), and the person on the phone said they should be open but he would cancel my order. Spent the night looking for palletable food and wound up foodless at 9:30. I'll personally never attend a Panera again and I advise anyone to at least avoid this location. Based on other reviews it's hard for me to think of this as atypical of the location.

  A very poor experience (waited over 45 minutes for food that was not worth the price, and they were out of bread... Panera Bread was out of bread.....). Followed up with absolutely horrendous customer service! I sent a message and have not heard from them in over a week.... horrible. Go to another location.
